TERMS: Cash, Credit Card or immediately cashable Check day of sale! No items to be removed until settled for. All items sell as is, without warranty. Announcements at sale supersede all prior advertising, printed or oral.

Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. Please make sure that all contact information is accurate and up to date at the time of registration. By participating in the Auction, Bidders agree to all terms and conditions of the sale. Bidders must be of majority age in the state of Nebraska (age 19) at the time of registration with NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not register and/or bid if you do not meet all requirements. 

INTERNET BIDDING TERMS:

Auctioneer reserves the right to change the order of sale. We cannot be responsible for malfunctions of cell phones or internet connection. The Auctioneer's decision to the winning bidder and hammer amount is final. Kraupie's Real Estate & Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

PAYMENT: Payment is due in full by Friday, February 23rd, 2023 at 5:00 pm Mountain Time via cash, credit card, wire transfer or certified funds. Please contact Kraupie's to make arrangements.

PICKUP: Item removal is the responsibility of the Buyer. No items to be removed until settled for. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY March 13th, 2024 unless otherwise noted. The Seller will assist with basic loading. All items left more than 3 weeks will be considered abandoned and subject to resale. If you can't meet these terms regarding item removal, please communicate with the auction company.
